About us
Small lights, together, light up the night
Jonaki (জোনাকি) means firefly. One firefly is a tiny light; thousands together light up a whole field. That's how we see the small and growing businesses of Bangladesh — and our job is to help each one shine.
JonakiSoft is a Bangladeshi software company. We build business software for pharmacies, clinics and hospitals, schools and colleges, offices and factories, restaurants and LPG dealers.
Every product starts from how the business really works — the paper register, the counter, the daily cash sheet — and turns it into software that works in Bangla and English, on the computers and phones people already have.

What we care about
How we build and how we serve
Simple first
If a shop assistant can't learn a screen in a few minutes, we haven't finished building it.
We stay after the sale
Setup, training and support are part of the product, not an extra we try to avoid.
Honest and careful
Clear prices, no surprise charges, and we treat your business data as carefully as our own.
